Job summary

BSPT Construction Corporation in the Philippines seeks a site engineer to develop and implement telecom site deployment plans, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and manage documentation from site readiness to customer acceptance. Strong knowledge of microwave and wireless deployments is essential. Applicants should have 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering/telecom/electronics or related field.
• 2 years telecom experience for degree holders; 3 years for college diploma holders.
• Experience delivering telecom infrastructure projects (preferred).
• Proven microwave and wireless deployment experience including site implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site deployment plans.
• Monitor site progress and drive timely resolutions.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure activities meet project specs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage site completion, testing, documentation, and customer acceptance.
• Conduct regular quality and EHS inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project records, reports, and implementation documentation.
