Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunications or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years telecom site supervision experience.
- Experience in Ericsson projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of telecom installation & commissionning.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Familiar with site safety procedures and reporting.
- Willing to travel and work on-site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily telecom site activities and field teams.
- Ensure installation and commissioning are aligned with Ericsson standards.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare daily site reports and updates.
- Resolve on-site issues to ensure timely project completion.
