Spectrotel and AireSpring join forces to offer a leading managed network services platform, spanning SD-WAN, SASE, cloud connectivity, and security. The Circuit Provisioner will manage the end-to-end order process, validate technical specs, coordinate with multiple Carriers for service turn-up, and track milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with telecom services and concepts (POTS, T1, PRI, VoIP, SIP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers.
• Able to work off hours if required.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with carriers and project coordinators.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the order process: validate specs, document and process orders, changes, disconnections and tracking.
• Provison orders to provide telecom services to customers across multiple Carrier systems.
• Coordinate new service delivery and turn up with Carriers; track milestone dates.
• Update Project Coordinators daily.
• Coordinate with Carriers to obtain DLR and FOC for orders.
• Conduct weekly conference calls with Carriers.
• Issue orders for bandwidth (Broadband, T1, EOC, FastE, GigE).
• Follow up to confirm and complete orders; escalate as needed to meet SLA.
• Collaborate with Carrier Project Managers on construction or escalations.
