Job summary

AireSpring and Spectrotel collaboration seeks a Circuit Provisioner to manage the order process, validate specs, document and process orders, including changes and disconnections. The role involves coordinating with multiple Carriers to deliver high-end telecom services, tracking milestones and resolving issues.

You will be the main liaison for provisioning, ensuring timely service turns-up, dailyUpdates to project coordinators, and ensuring SLA compliance for complex bandwidth deployments

Qualifications

• Telecommunications knowledge including POTS, T1, PRI, VoIP, SIP.
• Strong documentation, reporting and knowledge transfer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet browsers.
• Willingness to work off hours if required.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate technical specs and document and process orders including change orders and disconnections.
• Provision orders to provide high-end telecom services to customers.
• Place orders via multiple Carrier systems and coordinate new service delivery and turn-up with Carriers.
• Track delivery milestone dates and resolve order issues.
• Update the Project Coordinators on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with Carriers to obtain DLR and FOC for orders.
• Attend weekly conference calls with Carriers.
• Issue orders for different bandwidth types (Broadband, T1, EOC, FastE & GigE).
• Follow up to get confirmation and completion of orders.
• Escalate with Carriers to meet the SLA.
• Work with Carrier Project Managers for construction or escalation to deliver circuits on time.
• Coordinate service installations and activations with Carriers and Project Coordinators.
• Function as the first point of contact for provisioning issues with Carriers.
