Job summary

SALES RAIN BPO, INC. is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to engage with inbound and outbound leads, qualify opportunities, and convert them into customers. You will follow up, manage the lead pipeline, and collaborate with the sales team to hit targets.

Excellent spoken and written English is required, as is the ability to work 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST. You will maintain accurate CRM records and provide accurate product information.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, chats, and emails to understand their requirements and convert them into customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads, maintain communication, and manage the lead pipeline effectively.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Build strong relationships with prospects through confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM or other relevant systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team targets, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work the required 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST shift and remain responsive and available throughout working hours.
