MicroSourcing is seeking a Service Operations & Governance Manager to lead ITIL-driven governance for the Enterprise & Business delivery in the Philippines. You will oversee transitions, asset/configuration, change and problem management to deliver continuous improvements and high-quality service to AU telco clients, while coordinating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Service Management knowledge and ITIL 4 Foundation
• Minimum 5 years in Service Management
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Ability to interact at all levels and influence decisions
• Ability to develop and present high-impact messages
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Transitions, ICT Request, Asset & Configuration, Change and Problem teams to drive service improvements
• Oversee Manila Service Management Team and ensure operational health for customers
• Develop initiatives for high-quality, consistent service operations
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues
• Produce and review service management reports and insights
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigations
