Afni Philippines is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support our Sta Rosa, Laguna operations. You'll use your customer interaction skills to deliver excellent service with a friendly, professional approach.

The role offers salary up to PHP 19,000 monthly plus a performance incentive of up to PHP 9,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. No BPO experience is required; a high school diploma is enough.

Qualificações

• NO BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• At least a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational).
• Strong comprehension and learning agility.
• Able to work in a paperless environment with compliance to information security.
• Must provide NBI clearance before start date.
