Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Structural Rebar Detailer for international infrastructure projects on a 1-year project-based contract starting January 2027. The role requires strong TEKLA Structures skills for concrete and steel detailing, and work in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate will handle rebar layouts, bending schedules, and reinforcement drawings, collaborating with engineers and BIM teams to meet European standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Hands-on TEKLA Structures experience for concrete and steel detailing.
• Experience as a Rebar Detailer in large infrastructure projects.
• Experience on Subway, Canal, Water Gate or similar heavy civil projects is highly preferred.
• Exposure to international (European) project standards.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings to determine rebar requirements.
• Develop detailed rebar layouts, bar bending schedules, and reinforcement drawings using TEKLA Structures.
• Prepare concrete outline drawings and contribute to construction sequencing.
• Produce detailing for reinforced concrete and structural steel components.
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure detailing outputs comply with international European standards.
