Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Reinforcement Detailer to produce accurate 3D reinforcement models and workshop drawings. The role focuses on completing fabrication data for reinforced modular cages, aligning detailing with customer contracts and industry standards using Tekla Structures and BIM tools.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years with Tekla Structures, 3+ years in rebar detailing, and strong AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
At least 2 years using Tekla Structures.
At least 3 years in rebar, reinforcement or detailing.
Strong understanding of rebar detailing standards.
Experience modeling reinforcement in 3D.
Experience in a BIM environment.
Able to interpret technical design drawings and specs.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Trimble Connect and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D reinforcement models using Tekla Structures.
Generate workshop drawings to support manufacturing.
Produce BBS and fabrication data per project requirements.
Coordinate detailing work with technical team, PMs, and sites.
Apply BIM standards for integration with project models and collaboration tools.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specs.
Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize bar cutting and fabrication.
Review technical queries and maintain version control.
