Qualifications

• CA/MBA/CIA/CS with 4–6 years in controls, compliance or internal audit.
• Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform compliance testing and other projects.
• Supervise teams and provide guidance.
• Evaluate guidelines/policies to refine testing attributes and identify risks.
• Review testing sheets and backups for compliance with standards.
• Track progress of recommendations with stakeholders.
• Finalize exceptions and agree on outcomes with teams.
• Suggest improvements to risk processes and guidelines.
• Prepare management presentations summarizing testing cycles.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and represent Compliance lead.
• Identify and contribute to key initiatives for analytics and tooling.
• Support quality reporting to senior leadership and coordinate related tasks.
• Coach and train team members to build learning culture.
• Raise awareness of compliance requirements within the organization.
