Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking an APAC Operations Risk & Controls Manager to lead first-line risk and control activities across the APAC region. This role reports to APAC Operations Management and partners with global FCO teams to ensure consistent standards and robust risk practices.

You will oversee risk events, remediation, governance, and operational resilience, coordinating with Operations leaders and external stakeholders to strengthen control environments across the APAC footprint.

Qualifications

• At least 7-10 years in financial-markets Operations, risk and controls.
• Managerial level experience with operations knowledge in financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back transaction lifecycles in interdealer/banks.
• Experience with incident management, control assessment and risk reporting.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive remediation.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate APAC first-line risk & control framework.
• Maintain consolidated view of operational risks, controls, incidents and remediation.
• Coordinate risk assessments, control attestations and governance.
• Lead investigations of material incidents, drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Develop risk MI and KRIs; provide governance-ready reports.
