AboitizPower seeks a Technology Projects and Change Supervisor to lead planning, governance, and change management for IT and digital transformation initiatives across 1RE. You will oversee IT Project Specialists, enforce discipline, and manage risks while preparing stakeholders for system changes.

Collaborating with Techno-Commercial, IT and Security teams, you will deliver results, drive continuous improvement, and develop your team in a purpose-driven environment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project coordination or delivery.
• 2+ years of supervising project resources.
• Project Management certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises IT Project Specialists across regions and assigns projects.
• Enforces IT project governance, templates, and approvals; reviews plans and risks.
• Oversees change impact assessments and readiness planning; ensures training plans are executed.
• Coordinates across Solutions, Infra, Cyber, and Operations; communicates status and risks to stakeholders.
• Develops and tracks project budgets; monitors resources and prioritization.
• Promotes best practices and continuous improvement across PM processes.
• Establishes quality control processes and conducts post-implementation reviews.

As Technology Projects and Change Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the planning, execution, governance, and change management of IT and digital transformation initiatives across 1RE. The role ensures that technology projects are delivered in a controlled, transparent, and business-aligned manner, following approved project governance, standards, and change practices.The position provides oversight to IT Project Specialists, enforces project discipline, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures that stakeholders are prepared for system and process changes resulting from IT initiatives.This role enables successful project delivery and organizational readiness by strengthening execution discipline, coordination, and change adoption across IT, operations, NOCC, and business units and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Techno-Commercial, IT and Security team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Supervisory and Leadership

• Supervises IT Project Specialists across regions
• Assigns projects and monitors execution quality
• Coaches project staff on governance and delivery practices

Project Governance and Oversight

• Enforces IT project governance, templates, and approvals
• Reviews project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Tracks project progress and escalates issues as needed

Change Management

• Oversees change impact assessments and readiness planning
• Ensures communication and training plans are executed

Coordination and Stakeholder Management

• Coordinates across Solutions, Infra, Cyber, and Operations
• Engages business stakeholders on project status and risks

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Manage resources across multiple projects, optimizing utilization and adjusting as project needs change.
• Develop and track project budgets, controlling costs and making adjustments to ensure financial alignment.
• Monitor resource capacity and project prioritization to maximize efficiency and outcomes.

Process Improvement and Best Practices

• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across program and project management processes.
• Identify areas for process optimization to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance quality.
• Develop and implement metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure program and project performance.

Quality Assurance and Reporting

• Establish quality control processes and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present performance analytics, lessons learned, and project metrics to stakeholders.

Others

• Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
• Guides and supervises direct reports in day-to-day activities. Act as a level 1 escalation focal and help build IDP and provide career guidance.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in T project coordination or delivery
• 2 years of experience in leading or supervising project resources
• Experience delivering projects in operations-critical or multi-stakeholder environments is an advantage
• Project Management Certificate is a plus
