Job summary

Blackfort in the Philippines is seeking a technical leader to define, maintain, and evolve technology standards, and ensure alignment with the Platform Architect’s reference architecture across our portfolio.

You will champion reusable libraries and frameworks, standardize API patterns and data pipelines, and collaborate with SRE, Security, and quality teams to embed reliability and security into every solution while supporting the Technical Capability Manager with training materials.

Qualifications

• Define, maintain, and continuously improve technology-specific standards and guidelines.
• Act as the go-to expert for the assigned technology domain; provide design and implementation guidance.
• Develop and promote reusable libraries, templates, and accelerators; standardize API patterns, UI components, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with platform architecture, productivity engineering, and quality teams to align on architecture patterns and ensure testability and quality.
• Work with domain engineers (e.g., SRE, Security) to embed reliability and security standards across solutions.
• Support the Technical Capability Manager by contributing to training materials or workshops.

Reusable Assets & Frameworks

• Develop and promote reusable libraries, templates, and accelerators.
• Standardize common solutions across teams (e.g., API patterns, UI components, data pipelines).
• Collaborate with platform architecture, productivity engineering, and quality teams to align on architecture patterns, integrate tools and frameworks, and ensure strong testability and quality practices. Work closely with domain engineers (e.g., SRE, Security) to embed reliability and security standards across solutions.

Capability Enablement (Execution Support)

Support the Technical Capability Manager by:

• Providing input into skill frameworks
• Contributing to training materials or workshops
