Job summary

The Allegro team is seeking an Associate Technician in Parañaque, Philippines. This entry-level role supports maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment under close supervision, learning troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and safety procedures.

You will assist senior technicians, perform basic mechanical or electrical tasks, document activities in the equipment management system, and develop hands-on skills in a global semiconductor company.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• A technical certificate or coursework in a skilled trade (e.g., electronics, mechanics) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic principles.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn a technical trade.
