Job summary

SNKH Services in the Philippines is seeking a field service technician to perform preventive maintenance and calibration at customer sites, following approved procedures and updating service records using the CRM system. The role supports on-site field activities, maintains documentation, and aims for a 95% on-time PM completion rate.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration services in accordance with approved procedures, checklists and service requirements
• Carry out field service activities safely, efficiently and professionally at customer sites
• Complete and update PM checklists accurately and maintain good documentation practices
• Use the designated CRM/ticketing system to update and close service jobs promptly
• Provide completed checklists and electronic service reports to customers following service activities
• Maintain service quality and support achievement of the targeted on-time PM completion rate of 95%
• Communicate service status, issues and follow-up requirements clearly to customers
• Use company-provided tools and test equipment appropriately and maintain them in serviceable condition
