Job summary

Kanzen Home is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to join our service team in Metro Manila. You will perform installation, repair, and maintenance works across residential fixtures and home systems, diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions.

You will document every assignment, coordinate with the Manager and colleagues, and ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures. A reliable, customer-focused approach is essential for timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance works.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct inspection and troubleshooting of fixtures, equipment, and home systems.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, or other related maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Ensure all works are completed according to company quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain tools, materials, and equipment before and after service operations.
• Respond to service requests and customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Submit service reports, accomplishment reports, and documentation after every assignment.
• Coordinate with Manager and other team members regarding project progress and technical concerns.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and occupational safety guidelines.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management from time to time.
