You will work with modern gear and develop technical expertise within a growing company. The role requires a background in electrical/mechanical technology and hands-on experience in electronics maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical-Vocational course or higher in Electrical/Mechatronics technology.
• TESDA graduates are welcome.
• Experience in electronics maintenance and repair.
• Able to read electronic diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair equipment and machinery to identify and rectify faults
• Perform routine maintenance on all technical equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
• Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repair calls to minimize downtime
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding technical issues and required actions
• Keep detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance schedules

About the role

Tom's World Philippines Corporation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team assigned at SM Olongapo Central. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our equipment and systems to ensure optimal operational performance. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various technical equipment and machinery, contributing directly to the efficiency and reliability of our operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern equipment and develop your technical expertise within a growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair equipment and machinery to identify and rectify faults


• Perform routine maintenance on all technical equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns


• Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task


• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repair calls to minimize downtime


• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding technical issues and required actions


• Keep detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance schedules

What we're looking for

• Graduate of a Technical-Vocational course, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field


• Graduates of TESDA or technical-vocational courses are welcome to apply.


• Experience: Electronics/Computer related works as maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. Electro/Mechanical and Electronic Equipment maintenance.


• Skilled: Can troubleshoot, repair electronic supply, LCD/LED TV Monitor and electronic boards and modules. Can read electronic diagrams, knowledgeable in electronics equipment and components.
