Job summary

Tom's World Philippines Corporation is seeking a dedicated Technician for our SM Olongapo Central site. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and electronic equipment to ensure smooth operations.

You will work with modern gear and develop technical expertise within a growing company. The role requires a background in electrical/mechanical technology and hands-on experience in electronics maintenance.

Qualifications

Graduate of a Technical-Vocational course or higher in Electrical/Mechatronics technology.
TESDA graduates are welcome.
Experience in electronics maintenance and repair.
Able to read electronic diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose and repair equipment and machinery to identify and rectify faults
Perform routine maintenance on all technical equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repair calls to minimize downtime
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding technical issues and required actions
Keep detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance schedules
