Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update SOPs, operational manuals, user guides, and policies
• Work with technical teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document processes accurately
• Develop flowcharts, diagrams, screenshots, and other visuals to make documents easier to understand
• Proofread and ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and properly formatted
• Manage document revisions and version control

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communications, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Technical Writing, Documentation, or Process Writing
• Strong technical and business writing skills
• Ability to simplify complex or technical information
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Good communication and interviewing skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
