Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field OR Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related discipline

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing or writing for technical/diagnostic content
• Experience working in a structured authoring environment is preferred
