Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines seeks a seasoned SEO/WordPress specialist to build, optimise, and maintain WordPress websites for multi-location clients. You will develop templates, layouts, and scalable page structures, improving speed and performance, while configuring plugins, caching, and integrations.

Role involves auditing sites, applying technical and on-page SEO, supporting migrations, and collaborating with the marketing lead to meet SEO goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in SEO, digital marketing, or related role with multi-client experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience using GA4, GSC, and supporting Google Ads campaigns.
• Hands-on WP management including updates, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
• Agency experience supporting international clients across multiple accounts.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimise WordPress sites for multi-location service businesses.
• Develop templates, layouts, and scalable page structures.
• Improve site speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.
• Configure plugins, caching systems, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot bugs, issues, and server-related problems.
• Maintain staging and deployment environments with clean, scalable code.
• Audit existing sites to identify issues and propose repair or rebuild solutions.
• Develop SEO-driven features and align builds with SEO goals.
• Support migrations and technical SEO improvements; contribute strategic input.
