Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical training role.
• Experience designing and developing training materials preferred but not required.
• Proficient in VLAN, routing, OSI, VPN, IP subnetting, and TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Technical certifications such as CCNA, Ruckus, and others preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; detail-oriented.
• Able to prioritize tasks; analytical, dynamic, creative.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs on technical systems and networking.
• Assess training needs with managers, HR, and technical teams.
• Create manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands‑on labs.
• Create exams and quizzes for operations agents.
• Conduct training in person, virtually, or blended learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Update content to reflect new technologies and changes.
• Support learners by answering questions and providing follow-up guidance.
• Collaborate with Account Specific Trainers for content accuracy.
• Customize training content to client expectations and industry standards.
• May travel to other sites for face-to-face training.
