Job summary

CallTek, Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on network and technical systems. You will create manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on labs, then assess needs with managers and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in technical training, plus strong English communication, facilitation, and customer service skills. Some travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical training role.
• Experience in designing and developing training material preferred but not required.
• Proficient knowledge of VLAN, routing, OSI, VPN, IP subnetting, and TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.Networking concepts.
• Technical certifications such as CCNA, Ruckus, and others preferred but not required.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and professional skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and customer expectations.
• Willing to work in shifts/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs on technical systems, tools, and processes, focusing on foundational networking and advanced concepts.
• Assess training needs by collaborating with managers, HR, and technical teams.
• Design course materials such as manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on labs.
• Create exams and quizzes for operations agents to reinforce learning and strengthen skills.
• Conduct training sessions in person, virtually, or blended learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Update training content regularly to reflect new technologies, processes, or changes.
• Support learners by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing follow-up guidance.
• Collaborate with Account Specific Trainers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Customize training content to align with organizational goals, client expectations, and industry standards.
• May travel to other sites to conduct face-to-face training.
