RMEV ENTERPRISES INCORPORATED in Parañaque is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to operate, monitor, and ensure proper startup of laser printing machines, and to troubleshoot issues while supporting production printing performance.

This is a fixed-term (6 months) onsite position in Sucat with training at the main office in Valenzuela City; candidates must start ASAP, have a good attitude, and be able to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in LASER PRINTERS technology or related technical field is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Parañaque
• Willing to be trained onsite at main office - Valenzuela City
• Good attitude and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laser printers during production
• Perform proper start-up and shutdown of machines
• Identify, document, and report machine issues
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support
• Perform basic maintenance and ensure machine readiness
• Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team
• Ensure accurate and quality printing output
• Prepare daily reports on machine status and service activities
