Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is hiring a Technical Support specialist to assist users with hardware and software issues from Ortigas, Pasig. The role requires a IT-related degree and 1 year of experience, with a 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule, Monday to Friday.

You will provide remote and on-site support, document incidents, create user guides, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems. Knowledge of biometrics is a plus; strong communication is essential.
