Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale technical support including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services.
• Assist with account related issues including ID/password assistance and modification of account users and product accesses.
• Generate user lists and related reports.
• Ensure customers are provided with the requested information and that queries are satisfactorily resolved.
• Initiate escalation for unresolved customer problems and maintain required licenses/training.
