Enable PH in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to handle after-sales concerns and technical issues for PowerOcean products. The role involves product commissioning, field support, and collaboration with international partners to resolve issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering, an active REE license, and 3–5 years in solar project management/installation, with strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, PEC, and safety practices.
JOBSUMMARY:TheTechnical Support Engineeris responsible forhandling after-sales concerns and technical issues related toPowerOceanproducts. This role provides after-sales support, product commissioning, and technicalassistanceto customers and installer partners, ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. The position also requires strong product knowledge, field support, and collaboration with internal and international partners to resolve technical concerns efficiently.
Assist customers and installer partners introubleshootingandrepairingPowerOceaninverters andbatteries.
Provide after-sales support and productcommissioning(startup) forPowerOceansystems.
Report and coordinate with international partnersregardingtechnicalissuesrelatedtoPowerOcean.
Conduct training and guidance for newly partnered installers to make sure that they will adhere to safe practices and proper handling and installation ofPowerOcean.
Collaborate with cross-functionaldepartmentsandexternalpartners,distributors, clients, and suppliers for after-salesconcerns.
Utilizeanalyticaltools to track andanalyzecommon after-salesissuesand installer partner after-sales performance.
Assist indevelopingandoptimizingprocessesrelatedto customer interactions.
Implementandimprovecustomer feedbackprocessestogathervaluableinsights forcontinuousimprovement.
Conduct field visits toassistcustomers and installer partners asrequired.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
At least 3 to5 years of experiencein solar projectmanagementand installation.
Strong understanding of Solar PV systems and electrical components.
Strong understanding of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
Strong knowledge ofSolar, GridAC/DC Connections,grounding,inverters,batteriesand othersafetyrelatedpractices.
Excellentcommunicationand customer service skills.
Willing to perform fieldwork whenrequired.
Mustpossessa valid driver's license and be able to drive.
Willing to work Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule andrenderovertime when necessary.
