Job summary

Equinox Synergy OPC is expanding its SUNGROW distribution network in Luzon and seeks a Registered Electrical Engineer with solar EPC project experience. You will manage projects from design to commissioning, handle inverter systems, and provide after-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed (PRC) Electrical Engineer.
• Experience in solar PV systems, inverters, or electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of grid-tied and hybrid systems.
• Strong problem-solver for real-world system issues.
• Responsive, reliable, and takes ownership of escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end solar installation projects, including planning, design review, execution, and commissioning.
• Conduct site assessments and load analysis for solar installations.
• Supervise installation teams to ensure compliance with electrical standards and project specifications.
• Handle technical aspects of inverter systems, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide after-sales technical support, addressing system issues, performance concerns, and client inquiries.
• Coordinate with suppliers for solar inverter distribution, ensuring correct product selection and technical compatibility.
• Prepare technical reports, as-built plans, and project documentation.
• Assist clients in system optimization and preventive maintenance.
• Provided technical support for solar products, especially inverters and related components.
• Assisted in project design and system sizing for residential and commercial clients.
• Conducted troubleshooting and maintenance for installed solar systems.
• Supported sales team by giving technical presentations and product recommendations.
• Ensured proper documentation and compliance with electrical standards.

• Preferably around Pasay applicants.




• Can drive and holds a valid driver’s license




• Willing to travel across Luzon for project sites, surveys and dealer support
