Job summary

Sunland Development Corp seeks an IT support specialist to provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware in Manila. The role involves installing software on new systems, assisting users, and performing basic troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or IT, with 2–3 years of relevant experience and willing to be assigned in San Miguel Manila near Malacañang and TIP Manila Campus.

Qualifications

Graduates of B.S. Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
Knowledgeable in CCTV Installation.
2–3 years of relevant experience or more.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Provides hardware installation processes and procedures to concerned Department Heads.
Installs necessary software to newly acquired system unit.
Assist users with the use of systems.
Performs basic troubleshooting.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
