Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer – Automotive in Taguig. The role involves providing expert technical support, diagnosing complex issues, and coordinating with manufacturers to resolve cases in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Automotive Engineering, is a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE), and is passionate about electric vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for automotive products, systems, and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to vehicles and automotive systems.
• Assist service and workshop teams with complex technical concerns.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and technical teams regarding vehicle concerns and technical cases.
• Review and interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic information.
• Conduct technical investigations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist in product updates, technical training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records of technical cases.
• Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards and procedures.
