Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for product inquiries, availability, policies, and order tracking across phone, email, chat, SMS, and social channels.

You will assist customers with technical support like Bluetooth troubleshooting, ensuring resolutions and brand loyalty while maintaining a friendly tone. A strong internet connection and the ability to work a shifting schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO or call center environment (voice/chat/email).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot inquiries and provide clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, SMS, and social channels to answer questions about products and services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve issues and deliver a positive experience.
• Assess problems, troubleshoot, and provide solutions including connectivity or device configuration where needed.
• Provide general technical support when required.
• Follow client policies and guidelines during interactions.
• Meet or exceed program metrics including handle time, quality, and productivity targets.
• Stay updated on client policies, products, and offerings through trainings.
• Escalate critical issues following proper procedures.
• Document customer interactions accurately with minimal errors.
• Nurture brand loyalty through exceptional service.
