• Maintenance and repair: oversee buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Team Management: supervise technicians, assign tasks, train, evaluate performance.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: manage budgets and costs of maintenance activities.
• Quality Control: ensure maintenance and repairs meet standards and regulations.
• Communication: liaise with facilities staff, management and external contractors.
• Safety: ensure a safe working environment for staff and occupants.
• Reporting: prepare and submit maintenance and cost reports.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for engineering operations and the direction of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of technicians, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets and costs associated with maintenance and repair activities.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communication: Communicate with facilities staff, management, and external contractors to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
• Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for technicians and building occupants.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on maintenance and repair activities, including costs and performance metrics.
