Job summary

220 Taps N' Tiles, Inc. is seeking a Technical Specialist to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper technical execution of stone projects at our Araneta Office in Quezon City.

You will perform measurements, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and guide installation of natural and sintered stone surfaces. • 1–2 years of experience in stone installation, fabrication, construction, or related work.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Willing to conduct site visits, inspections, and actual measurements.

Responsibilities

• Actual site measurement and verification.
• Site inspections and readiness assessment before installation.
• Checking site conditions and identifying potential installation issues.
• Technical inspection of subcontractor workmanship.
• Occasional direct supervision of subcontractors.
• Attending site/jobsite meetings.
• Providing technical guidance regarding the company’s products.
• Ensuring proper application and installation of natural stone and sintered stone.
• Technical coordination for countertops, tabletops, floors, walls, stairs, and other surfaces.
• Coordinating technical concerns between the client, contractor, subcontractor, sales/project team, and supplier.
• Reporting site conditions, measurements, discrepancies, and technical issues.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor or management.
