Job summary

Brand Soluxions Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative who blends strong sales skills with in-depth product knowledge to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

You will perform product demonstrations and lead technical discussions with prospects and clients. Office-based with regular client visits in the Philippines, you will collaborate with engineering and support teams, maintain accurate records, and stay ahead of industry trends while building long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical products/services relevant to the industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly explanations.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client outreach
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, and support teams to address customer concerns
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
