Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support telecom deployment projects in Metro Manila. You will manage documentation, approvals, and review As-Built reports, while coordinating field activities and NMS validation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field and at least 1 year of project coordination/management experience in telecom or network deployment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in project coordination/management within telecom or network infrastructure deployment.
• Solid grasp of network deployment terminology and NMS tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and approve RAAWA, CLEM, ORF, and Elock issuance; review As-Built reports.
• Coordinate field activities: PAT, powertapping, installation, and integration; validate NMS circuits.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and daily huddles; maintain trackers.
• Review MOPs, ISDP QC docs, and TSSR submissions for PAT compliance.
• Conduct warehouse inventory audits; lead project handovers and drive closure milestones.
• Provide ad-hoc in-house support: coordinate client-facing Work Orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Documentation & Approvals: Process and approve RAAWA, CLEM, ORF, and Elock issuance. Review and approve As-Built reports (TSSR, FIO, WO, PB).

• Field & NMS Coordination: Accept and validate manual PAT activities. Monitor powertapping, installation, and integration. Conduct NMS circuit validation (Node, VLAN, slot/port, tagging).

• Agile & Tracking: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and daily huddles. Keep project trackers and dashboards updated.

• Quality Control: Review MOPs, ISDP QC documentation, and TSSR submissions to ensure complete PAT compliance.

• Logistics & Handover: Perform warehouse inventory audits. Lead project handovers (RFS Broadcast, OPS Handover) and drive closure milestones (PAT, PAC, FAC).

• Ad-Hoc / In-House Support: Coordinate client-facing Work Orders (fiber laying/patching, server installation, and power activation).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or technical field preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in project coordination/management within telecom or network infrastructure deployment.

• Technical Skills: Solid grasp of network deployment terminology, NMS tracking, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

• Core Skills: Strong communication, high attention to detail, and familiarity with Agile/Sprint workflows.

• Work Style: Adaptable under pressure and willing to work extended hours when needed.

• Bonus: Valid driver’s license is a plus.
