Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in IT Support roles with a strong focus on project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail on how business and tech integrate.
• Collaborative management style with teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly assists in the development of a technical solution.
• Assists other IT teams on solutions and project management.
• Directs identification and recommendation of solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options considering business/tech productivity and usability.
• Provides analysis and recommendations around information security as necessary.
• Prepare the solution document including high-level and low-level designs for implementation by SRF and Engineering Teams.
• Spearhead project implementations from a technical perspective.
