What you’ll do
- Manage and supervise reefer and ISO tank container, Genset and CHE maintenance and repair activities in accordance to set quality standards - Equipment Availability
- Facilitate, supervise and ensure completion of any rescue repair services for malfunctioning containers and equipment - Claims Management
- Allocate container based on available inventory to serve booking requirements in coordination with operations and customer service - Container utilization and turnaround
- Manage the operation and maintenance of Steam Boiler and Water Treatment Facility in compliance to regulation - Compliance to regulations, Utilization and availability
- Coordinate and ensure availability of spare parts, materials, tolls and repair equipment including inventory and safekeeping - Repair production
- Ensure CHE availability including coordination with service provider and contractors for CHE maintenance and repair activity - CY Utilization and CHE availability
- Generate, review and approve Repair Estimates of equipment based on company’s approval hierarchy and matrix - Budget attainment
- Provide after‑sales technical support to customers - Equipment Availability
- Coordinate and provide technical related support to VisMin branch - Equipment Availability
- Participate and comply on budgeting activities including complete and timely submission - Service quality improvement
- Implement company policies and code of conduct including HSE policy - Admin cases
- Conduct periodic performance appraisal to direct reports - PMS compliance

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or other related field
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years work experience in Shipping Industry or related industry.
