You will direct the Technical Services and Engineering teams, overseeing equipment reliability, maintenance, and facilities to ensure high performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 8+ years in technical services/maintenance within the food industry, and at least 3 years in a leadership role, with strong GMP/HACCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering field.
• 8+ years in technical services, engineering or maintenance within food manufacturing/processing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role directing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Services and Engineering team.
• Oversee equipment reliability, preventive maintenance and facility operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage technical projects, plant improvements and capital investments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
