Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking an experienced Technical Representative for Base Maintenance. The role is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila with hybrid work arrangements, requiring 6–8 years’ experience in Base Maintenance or End of Lease projects and a valid license to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules and oversee maintenance tasks to meet timelines.
• Monitor and report daily progress for cross‑department coordination.
• Authorize and validate additional work in line with guidelines.
• Identify recurring technical issues to support fleet reliability.
• Oversee safety practices during maintenance activities and escalate hazards.
• Participate in safety management by complying with regulations and reporting incidents.
• Manage cost efficiency by aligning work with contractual obligations while ensuring safety.
• Prepare reports, validate billing, and perform related duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review project schedules and oversee maintenance tasks to ensure adherence to planned timelines.
• Monitor and report daily progress, keeping task statuses updated for effective cross-department coordination.
• Authorize and validate additional work as needed, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Identify and communicate recurring technical issues to promote continuous improvement and fleet reliability.
• Oversee safety practices during maintenance activities and promptly elevate any concerns.
• Participate actively in safety management efforts by adhering to regulations and reporting incidents or hazards.
• Manage cost efficiency by aligning work with contractual obligations while prioritizing operational safety.
• Prepare reports, validate billing, and perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and associated engineering course with a PRC or Aeronautical Engineering license.
• Should have at least minimum 6years experience working as a Technical Representative for Base Maintenance or End of Lease projects.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
