Job summary

SEAOIL is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to oversee maintenance and repair requests at SEAOIL stations in the assigned area, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

You will monitor preventive maintenance, coordinate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and maintain records of all work requests and installations. Fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee technical service requests and maintenance at SEAOIL stations.
• Monitor preventive maintenance tasks for station equipment.
• Collaborate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Maintain records of work requests, repairs, installations, and PM activities.
• Ensure safety protocols during maintenance and equipment installations.
• Coordinate delivery of Marketing collaterals via Technical Service Form submissions.
• Provide support to Station Technicians in daily operations.
• Submit progress reports and address outstanding issues to management.
• Facilitate dispensing pump installations and commissioning in the assigned area.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Coordinate and oversee Technical Service Request form requests to ensure efficient and timely resolution of equipment issues at SEAOIL stations.
• Monitor and manage the completion of preventive maintenance tasks for all station equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical system issues at SEAOIL stations.
• Monitor and maintain records of all work requests, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and precautionary measures during maintenance and equipment installations at stations.
• Facilitate the timely delivery of Marketing department collaterals to stations as requested through Technical Service Form submissions.
• Provide support and guidance to Station Technicians in managing daily operations and addressing technical issues at stations.
• Submit regular reports on work progress, maintenance activities, and any outstanding issues to the management team.
• Ensure effective communication between departments to address station needs promptly.
• Assist in planning and execution of dispensing pump installations and commissioning for SEAOIL stations in the assigned area.
