Here’s what you will be doing:
Coordinate and oversee Technical Service Request form requests to ensure efficient and timely resolution of equipment issues at SEAOIL stations.
Monitor and manage the completion of preventive maintenance tasks for all station equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical system issues at SEAOIL stations.
Monitor and maintain records of all work requests, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and precautionary measures during maintenance and equipment installations at stations.
Facilitate the timely delivery of Marketing department collaterals to stations as requested through Technical Service Form submissions.
Provide support and guidance to Station Technicians in managing daily operations and addressing technical issues at stations.
Submit regular reports on work progress, maintenance activities, and any outstanding issues to the management team.
Ensure effective communication between departments to address station needs promptly.
Assist in planning and execution of dispensing pump installations and commissioning for SEAOIL stations in the assigned area.
