Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines is seeking a fresh engineering graduate to coordinate and oversee technical service requests, maintenance, and station repairs. The role involves working with station technicians to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and ensure timely resolutions.

You will monitor maintenance tasks, maintain records, and support safety protocols while coordinating with departments for timely issue resolution and pump installation initiatives in the assigned area.

• Coordinate and oversee Technical Service Request forms to resolve equipment issues at SEAOIL stations.
• Monitor and manage preventive maintenance tasks for all station equipment.
• Collaborate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues.
• Maintain records of all work requests, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety protocols during maintenance and equipment installations at stations.
• Assist in planning and commissioning of dispensing pump installations in the assigned area.

Coordinate and oversee technical service requests, maintenance, and repairs at SEAOIL stations to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Coordinate and oversee Technical Service Request form requests to ensure efficient and timely resolution of equipment issues at SEAOIL stations.
• Monitor and manage the completion of preventive maintenance tasks for all station equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical system issues at SEAOIL stations.
• Monitor and maintain records of all work requests, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and precautionary measures during maintenance and equipment installations at stations.
• Facilitate the timely delivery of Marketing department collaterals to stations as requested through Technical Service Form submissions.
• Provide support and guidance to Station Technicians in managing daily operations and addressing technical issues at stations.
• Submit regular reports on work progress, maintenance activities, and any outstanding issues to the management team.
• Ensure effective communication between departments to address station needs promptly.
• Assist in planning and execution of dispensing pump installations and commissioning for SEAOIL stations in the assigned area.
