Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Engineering graduate to oversee and coordinate technical service requests at SEAOIL stations.

The role ensures maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are completed on time, while supporting Station Technicians in resolving technical issues. You will manage the workflow of Technical Service Forms, monitor preventive maintenance, and assist in dispensing pump installations and commissioning in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Technical Service Request forms for timely resolution of equipment issues at SEAOIL stations.
• Monitor and manage preventive maintenance tasks for station equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues at SEAOIL stations.
• Maintain records of all work requests, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during maintenance and equipment installations at stations.
• Facilitate timely delivery of Marketing collaterals to stations via Technical Service Form submissions.
• Provide guidance to Station Technicians in managing daily operations and addressing technical issues.
• Submit regular reports on work progress and maintenance activities to management.
• Ensure effective cross-department communication to address station needs promptly.
• Assist in planning and execution of dispensing pump installations and commissioning in the assigned area.

What is this role about?

What will YOU do?

• Coordinate and oversee Technical Service Request form requests to ensure efficient and timely resolution of equipment issues at SEAOIL stations

• Monitor and manage the completion of preventive maintenance tasks for all station equipment, ensuring smooth operations

• Collaborate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical system issues at SEAOIL stations

• Monitor and maintain records of all work requests, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and precautionary measures during maintenance and equipment installations at stations

• Facilitate the timely delivery of Marketing department collaterals to stations as requested through Technical Service Form submissions

• Provide support and guidance to Station Technicians in managing daily operations and addressing technical issues at stations

• Submit regular reports on work progress, maintenance activities, and any outstanding issues to the management team

• Ensure effective communication between departments to address station needs promptly

• Assist in planning and execution of dispensing pump installations and commissioning for SEAOIL stations in the assigned area
