ECOSHIFT CORPORATION is seeking a Lighting Design and Technical Development specialist in Metro Manila. You will develop lighting layouts, perform lux level calculations, and produce technical drawings and photometric studies for client presentations and project documentation.
Responsibilities include site assessment, design validation, pre- and post-sales technical support, collaboration with product development, and drafting shop drawings with pole designs.
Develop comprehensive lighting layouts and perform accurate lux level calculations using tools such as Dialux Evo, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Prepare detailed technical drawings, photometric studies, and design reports for client presentations and project documentation. Ensure all designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
Conduct site visits to assess infrastructure conditions, verify measurements, and gather critical data for design accuracy. Validate the feasibility of lighting designs during installation and recommend adjustments as needed. Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper execution aligned with approved plans.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including participation in pre-bid meetings, client presentations, and product orientations. Address technical inquiries from clients, sales teams, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Assist in identifying appropriate luminaires based on RFQs and BOQs to support accurate sales quotations.
Collaborate with the Product Development team to share feedback on product performance and recommend design improvements. Facilitate product knowledge training sessions for the sales team to enhance their technical understanding. Support internal teams by ensuring alignment between product capabilities and project requirements.
Draft technical shop drawings, including lamp pole designs and related structural details. Maintain organized and updated documentation for all engineering outputs and project files. Ensure all drawings and documents comply with company standards and project specifications.
