Job summary

RI Chemical Corporation based in Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. In this full-time role, you will identify prospects, demonstrate chemical products, and build lasting relationships with customers.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and collaborate with delivery, operations and customer service to ensure smooth orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering.
• PRC Licensed Engineer preferred.
• 1–2 years in technical sales, service engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical sales, customer handling, troubleshooting, and field service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Computer literate and familiar with worksheets and basic office applications.
• Driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers within assigned territories to develop new business opportunities
• Present and demonstrate chemical products to clients, communicating features, benefits and applications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate sales terms and close agreements to meet or exceed sales targets
• Track customer orders, follow up on deliveries and address any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with delivery, operations and customer service for seamless customer experiences
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote products and generate leads
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape
