Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (Licensed Chemist or Engineer preferred).
• Experience in chemical/manufacturing environment is an advantage; fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new product applications, formulations, and processes to meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and trials to optimise chemical product performance and identify potential improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on proper product usage, handling, and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot application issues and develop solutions to resolve customer challenges and concerns.
• Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer satisfaction.
• Document technical data, test results, and application procedures in comprehensive reports and technical documentation.
• Analyze product performance data and market feedback to recommend enhancements and new application opportunities.
• Conduct on-site customer visits to assess application requirements, provide training, and ensure optimal product performance.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all application testing and customer support activities.

About the role
