Job summary

ADM Asia-Pacific Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated technical sales professional to generate new leads and sales opportunities while supporting existing customers in the assigned territory.

You will promote ADM Animal Nutrition products and ensure customer satisfaction through technical guidance and business assistance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field, experience in technical sales, and strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving

Responsibilities

• Executes sales and marketing strategies as directed by management
• Provides technical assistance to product users on schedule or on call
• Monitors dealer and user sales to meet targets in the territory
• Ensures supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products and enforces MRPs
• Tracks product performance and reports changes or complaints
• Opens new stores/points of sale and drives farm conversions
• Participates in vet missions, seminars, store openings and demand‑creation activities

About the role

To generate new leads and sales opportunities and working with existing customers by providing technical support and business assistance to grow ADM Animal Nutrition business in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.

• Provides technical assistance to all product users in both pre-set schedule or on call service.

• Closely monitors the sales of all dealers/sub-dealers and users in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.

• Ensures the consistent supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products in your assigned territory and ensure that the Minimum Retail Price (MRP) is strictly implemented.

• Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end-users. Taking note of all changes/complaints and reporting them immediately to your immediate supervisor and concerned department.

• Opens new store/POS and actively works on farm conversion to increase the company's market share.

• Actively involves in organizing and participating in vet missions, seminars, store opening, sales caravans and other related demand‑creation activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or any related course
