Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth in the specialty feeds territory, covering pet food and gamefowl lines. You will lead dealer relationships, implement marketing programs, and deliver on sales and collection targets.

The role requires strong field presence, ability to forecast, and collaboration with marketing and operations to optimize territory performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in veterinary, agriculture, business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in pet food, gamefowl feeds, or agribusiness preferred.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics in livestock and poultry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales, collection, and market growth targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and forecasts.
• Identify and penetrate new accounts in untapped pet and gamefowl markets.
• Strengthen relationships with dealers, resellers, and key influencers (breeders, hobbyists).
• Ensure execution of trade marketing and technical programs for pet and gamefowl products.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Meet and exceed sales, collection, and market growth targets in assigned territory;
2. Develop and execute territory sales plans and forecasts;
3. Identify and penetrate new accounts, especially in untapped pet and gamefowl markets;
4. Strengthen relationships with dealers, resellers, and key influencers (e.g., breeders, hobbyists);
5. Ensure execution of trade marketing and technical programs for pet and gamefowl products;
6. Provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, BS in Agriculture, BS in Animal Science, BS in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management, BS in Entrepreneurship, or other related fields;

Experience: Preferably with experience in pet food, gamefowl feeds, or agribusiness industries;

Special Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills;
• Field sales and trade marketing execution;
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
