Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking graduates with engineering or related technical background for a field sales role. You will promote products, identify customer needs, and visit clients regularly to build lasting relationships. Travel and relocation may be required as the business expands.

Salary ranges from 16,000 to 20,000 PHP per month. Work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with specific Saturday hours. Primary reporting to the Group Business Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Engineering degree (PRC license is an advantage).
• Open to candidates with or without experience in sales or customer service.
• Willing to do field work and travel as needed.

• Actively promote and sell products and services to customers.
• Identify customer pain points and present our solutions.
• Regularly visit customers, with daily visits as standard.
• Build and maintain relationships to secure long-term business.
• Contribute to growth through strong sales performance.

• Willing to travel, be assigned and be relocated.
