Job summary

Transcendo Solutions Global Inc. seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive lead generation and client engagement through visits and CRM data entry in Odoo.

You will prepare accurate quotations, follow up with clients to secure approvals, and convert leads into sales by refining proposals. You will verify POs against quotations, resolve discrepancies, and monitor orders in the Sales module while coordinating with inventory to confirm product availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & client engagement - generating sales opportunities through client visits and lead generation, and for accurately recording and maintaining all leads and customer information in the Odoo CRM system.
• Quotation preparation and submission - prepares and issues quotations using approved templates, ensuring accuracy of pricing, scope, and terms, and providing clarifications to customers as needed.
• Sales follow-up and negotiation - actively following up on quotations, coordinating with clients to secure approval, and revising proposals when required to facilitate conversion of leads into sales.
• Order confirmation and documentation - verifies customer Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring alignment with the approved quotation, and resolves discrepancies before processing.
• Sales order processing and monitoring - converts approved quotations into Sales Orders in the Odoo system and monitors order progress through the Sales module to ensure timely processing.
• Inventory coordination - coordinates with the inventory or operations team to confirm availability of products or services and monitors items requiring sales attention using the Inventory module.
• Reporting and sales tracking - maintains complete and accurate documentation of all sales activities in the system and monitors the sales pipeline to track lead status, quotation progress, and confirmed orders.
